Job Description
As a Female Executive Secretary -Bandra ( Mumbai)-CEO your responsibilities include the following

Overseeing Operations in HR aspect of the business in the Philippines for hospitality and engineering staff Overseeing Operations in Nursing Training Activity for Germany & the UK from the Philippines

·        Investments in startups in India and Overseas – studying new proposals being received all the time .

·        Using India as a base for PR purposes for overseas Clients coming into India .

·        Investments in Properties in Bombay including income from Rentals

Legal  matters

·        Studying all legal matters ongoing .

·        Handle/ Oversee  all Legal matters in India  . These are handled by competent legal / law firms and hence the job needs managing the matters closely.

·        Handling PR with the legal consultants handling the cases including Official Liquidators Office ( Guidance will be provided by our law firm )

Admin Matters

·        Filing in the office needs to be handled.

·        Oversee the over all office functions such as managing the office boys , drivers , the upkeep of Bungalow etc.

·        Copy and implement HR / Admin policies based on Operations overseas.

·        To train the office boys / drivers – send them for enhanced training.

Personal Matters

·        managing properties owned by the Company / Owners of the Company – follow up with builders, renting of properties .

·        must be willing to take over assignments of the family with the power of attorney assigned to this person.

·        Arrange all logistics of pickups , stay etc of Guests of the Company / Family .

·        Maintain excellent personal rapport with Persons of importance to the business.

Overseas Activities

·        Will need to travel overseas to understand all operations where the Chairman is involved.

·        Will need to monitor progress of overseas activities

·       Must understand the role of a CRM ( Corporate Relations Manager ) so that backup for Chairman is provided by this person .

·        If required , must travel , with the marketing team of the Philippines to the Middle East, UK or Germany to represent the Chairman.

·        Communicate with Clients after completion of overseas trips on behalf of the Chairman .

·        Ability to work closely with overseas offices for marketing material like websites , brochures etc .
