Job Description
As a Senior Executive Customer Service with a growing MNC e commerce company (Mumbai) your responsibilities include the following

Job Description :

·         Communicate with CEO’s of  client companies. Prospect and build pipeline, lead regular customer calls to gather general requirements, analyze sales data and set strategies accordingly that coincide with customer goals

·         Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication

·         Lead day to day executions, client deliverables and manage concurrent complex implementations, software set-up, and deployment while closely interfacing with client via telephonic meetings and email.

·         Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint

·         Comfortable for Night shift (6.30 pm to 3.30 am)

·         5 days a week
