As a Dy. Manager Sales Mobile handset ( Telecom)- Mumbai your responsibilities include the following

This position handles a set of distributors for the specific Geography who in terms would be selling to set of identified retailers.

Key Job Functions/ Key Responsibilities1. Person should be responsible for meeting set revenue and gross margin targets for region.2. Primary or secondary or both (selling from distributor to retailer)(selling from Ingram Micro to Distributor) target achievement of the distributor3. Managing WOD (width of distribution) : retailer under the designated distributors and DOD (depth of distribution)4. Managing stock availability – model wise across set of identified retailers.5. Timely collections from market and collection of no dues certificate on monthly / quarterly basis.6. Preparing reports- market inventory to be shared to management and vendor7. Market visit with defined PJP (beat plan)8. Managing relationships with the top Identified key retail outlets.9. Should be capable of understanding ROI for the distributor and retailer.10. Ensuring high Customer Satisfaction11. Achieving the objective of certain percentage of market share from identified KROs12. Review with Vendor(Gionee) Management TeamKey Skills/Abilities (E stands for Essential and D stands for Desirable)· Should be technically sound. (E)· Should have ability to impart training to RDs(regional distributor) FOS and retailer sales man. (E)· Should be good in Excel. (E)· Should have good communication skills. (E)· Should be presentable. (E)· Should have telecomm expertise. (D)
