Job Description
As a Assistant Manager Sales (Lighting Division) - Bangalore your responsibilities include the following

• Handling core trade sales /channel Sales

• To establish retail network by appointing distributor, counter, sub dealers like FMCG model

• Creating new retail outlets

• Monitoring the distributor sales, generating business through retails, outlets & sub dealers

• To get maximum ROI from distributors & retailers

• Enhance the market of complete lighting solutions through small dealers & distributors

• Retail sales & distributor & outlets

• Expansion of market through small dealers/Sub dealers through the concept of OTC

• Professional relationship management with the entities involved in projects. Identifying new business opportunities and projects.

• Building good relationship with Retailer , Dealer , Distributor, Architect, Consultant, Builder.

• Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.

• Track new Infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales target.
