Levels: Recruitment Consultant / Sr. Recruitment Consultant/ Lead Consultant / Key Account Leader 


Job Involves:

·         Develop a search strategy post consultation with the clients.

·         Carry out a detailed research on the position and the client organization and develop a target list of companies.

·         Source Candidates from Portals, Social Networking Sites , Referencing , Mapping and Headhunting and other innovative sources of recruitment.

·         Constantly keep adding candidates to the pipeline and developing relationships with them

·         Constant Client Interaction to develop long term relationships with clients.

·         Target planning and Prioritizing on the positions based on the level of urgency and importance

·         Carrying out Detailed telephonic and personal Interviews with Prospective candidates and writing a detailed Assessment  / Synopsis on the Candidate

·         Handholding and engaging the candidates throughout the entire recruitment process and help them with any information that they would require from time to time.

·          Carrying out a expectation Management with both clients and Candidates ensuring that the positions are closed.



 Candidate Profile:

·         Enthusiastic and Growth Oriented individuals  with 1-4 years of Hardcore recruitment experience in End-End Recruitment Process

·         Candidate should possess excellent Communications Sills ( Written and spoken)

·         Flair for Interacting with people

·         Good Domain Knowledge of the Recruitment and a strong personal Network.
