Job Description
As a Regional Sales Manager - North your responsibilities include the following

1. To work with Architects/ Designers/ Builders/ Project

2. Geographical coverage of the territory and grow customer base.

3. Establish relationship to grow business with Architects/ Interiors/ Builders

4. Ensure high quality customer service and satisfaction.

5. Impart product knowledge and their application to the Architects/ End-users

6. Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

7. Map market size of the territory covered by him and market share of competition.

Desired Profile:

1. Candidate having experience in Architect/Designers/ Builders/ Projects Division

with expertise in Business Development, for last 3 years with a major brand in

respective business.

2. The candidate should possess good negotiating, presentation and argumentation skills.

3. Should be proficient in Verbal & written English.

4. Expertise in preparing presentations (ppts) independently.

5. Should be taking initiatives, result oriented and target driven.

6. High moral and commercial ethics.

7. Preferably from Sanitary ware , Building Materials industry dealing with Commercial, Real Estate.

Work Experience Required                       5 - 10 Years

CTC offered                                               5-8L
