To ensure that
positions given to team are really closable and clients are serious about having
people on board.
To ensure that 7 on 10
requirements generated by you are closed on Contactx.
To study the market
well and identify the companies where recruitment is going on
To generate clients
which are minimum 100 cr + turnover or more than 100 employees or MNC start
Should be from service
Should have handled
Should have strong
network in the industry.
Should have strong
business sense and target oriented.

ability to connect with senior people in the industry.

written and verbal communication.
