Job Description
As a Executive Secretary/ HR-Admin ( Bandra) only Female- 30-40yrs (3-4lac) your responsibilities include the following

1.    Position :  Secretary/ Office Adim/ Recruitment

 

2.    Report to : Operations Manager and to the CEO of Operations based out of Houston

 

 

3.    Based out of : Bandra ( West ))

 

 

4.    Activity from Mumbai

 

a)    Must be able to source medical staff ( mainly nurses / doctors ) from India using job portals for overseas opportunities

b)    Creating a data base

c)    Must be able to understand the concept Nursing Academy  as it exists in the Philippines with ability to replicate it in India .

d)    Must be able to manage office operations in bandra and handle all matters that is required of an office secretary ( like Airline bookings , travel plans etc )

e)    Must move out of the office , build relationships with Sourcing Agents , Companies .

 

 

5.    Qualification

 

a)    Must be a Graduate with excellent command over English verbal and written communications with a pleasing personality.

b)    Must have the ability to work without fear as the Company will support and back this person .

c)    Must be willing to work as a close Family Environment, which is the way all the Companies work .

d)    Must have good exposure on social media like facebook , twitter etc 

e)    Power Point usage is an added advantage 

 

 

6.    Experience

 

a)    Must have worked in a Service Industry Environment .

b)    Must have good strong Admin experience .

c)    Must possess excellent Secretarial skills to manage follow ups on tasks assigned. 

d)    PR skills ( natural or acquired ) is an asset 

e)    Entrepreneurial skills an asset 

 

7.    Working Hours

 

a)    Normal hours of 10 am to 6 pm with flexibility of 10.30 am to 6.30 pm

b)    Work days : 5 days with average of more than 14 to 17 days holidays every year.

c)    When there is extra work , must be willing to work extra hours .

 

8.    Job Description

 

Recruitment shall be 50-60% and rest as below

 

            Admin Matters

 

a)    Filing in the office needs to be handled.

b)    Oversee the over all office functions such as managing the office boys , drivers , the upkeep of the office  etc.

c)    Copy and implement HR / Admin policies based on Operations overseas.

d)    To train the office boys / drivers – send them for enhanced training.

 

Personal Matters

 

e)    Arrange all logistics of pickups , stay etc of Guests of the Company / Family .

f)     Maintain excellent personal rapport with Persons of importance to the business.

 

Overseas Activities

 

g)    Ability to work closely with overseas offices for marketing material like websites , brochures etc .
