Job Description
As a Media Planner for leading Media Agency in Mumbai - Exp 1 to 3 years. Contact at your responsibilities include the following

· Understand the long term business objectives of the client and suggest media strategies to meet those objectives.

· Consumer profiling based on their habits and behavior, identifying target audience, competitor tracking and analysis and market prioritization etc.

· Planning, buying and executing brand campaigns across medium and monitoring the campaigns performance vis-à-vis competition.

· Build annual media plans and make subsequent plan revisions for multiple brands, marketing programs and new initiatives.

· Manage media budgets and execution of authorized plans

· Continuous monitoring of competitor activities and devising strategies for the clients accordingly to add maximum value to their media budget.

· Analyze results of media efforts and develop measures of success. Ensure programs result in highest possible levels of business benefit.

· Co-ordination with Press, TV, Radio, etc to ensure efficient execution of the Clients

Media Releases

· Providing strategic media inputs to clients

· Develop best practices for media planning and buying processes, competitive media analysis, media cost and performance benchmarks, and media effectiveness.

· Monitor the media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities and emerging issues, and understand new technologies and consumer reaction.

· An MBA degree from a reputed institute would be an added advantage

· Excellent numerical and analytical ability

· Strategic bent of mind
