As a Relationship Manager- MNC E-Commerce Co. Navi Mumbai( 6pm-3am shift) your responsibilities include the following

Job Description-


·         Communicate with CEO s of our client s companies. Prospect and build pipeline, lead regular customer calls to gather general requirements, analyze sales data and set strategies accordingly that coincide with customer goals

·         Develop training documentation and conduct training for teams while streamlining teams reporting processes

·         Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication of such to Management.

·         Lead day to day executions, client deliverables and manage concurrent complex implementations, software set-up, and deployment while closely interfacing with client via telephonic meetings and emails.

·         Work with Product Management team to develop product features and enhancements

·         Serve as product expert for companies product offering and also maintain industry expert level of knowledge by leveraging active content via webinars, blog and social media platforms

·         In conjunction with senior sales leadership, develop and implement key performance indicators and measures of success for trainee executives as well as the team as a whole

·         Meet and exceed individual monthly quotas for sales revenue


Desired Skills, Experience and Requirements

•        Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint

•        Fluency in United States English

•        **This position is based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, India**

•        ** Shift Timings are (6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST) 5 days week**
