JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Asst. Manager
Business Development has overall responsibility for the leasing of all office
space, training space, event space and meeting and conference rooms. His/her
role would be to oversee every aspect of Business Development from finding new
clients to convincing old clients to renew their contracts, formulating
business promotion strategy, liaising with brokers and other sources of
Generate new business for Office, Workstation, Hot Desk, Meeting Room,
Conference Room and Event Space.
Working with the Sales team, assist in viewings and renewals where necessary,
and to promote the services offered by Pacific Business Centre Pvt. Ltd., to
maximize sales revenue and client retention.
Drive and maximize service revenue through up-selling of variable services to
new and existing customers.
Conduct tours, with a goal of converting prospects into customers by
effectively listening and selling the entire product range.
Prospecting to generate leads through local companies, partnerships and
Update and produce an Occupancy Report for all Centers.
Effectively manages leads and continuously update Traffic Sheet throughout the
sales process to close of deal.
Decide and formulate the Marketing strategy to target the appropriate clients
for the Centre.
Keeps abreast of the local market by attending networking events and building
strong channel relationships with commercial brokers.
Build a healthy working relationship with all commercial brokers and potential
clients by being in regular contact with them and convincing them that the
Centre is the best solution to all their office space requirements.
