As a Sr. HR Executive your responsibilities include the following |
Job Responsibility: - · Taking ownership and management of all aspects of the HR including recruitment, employee induction formalities, payroll management, attendance management, leave management, exit interviews etc. · Must effectively communicate with client in the management of various HR protocols as well as maintain regular compliance sheets · Regular generation of recruitment reports and effective communication with various department heads to ensure smooth HR functioning of the company including IMS reporting · Participation in quarterly planning meeting to effectively formulate and modify HR recruitment strategies · Conducting various background verification processes and maintaining compliance sheets with clients · Creation of HR Development polices as well as organizing welfare activities for the betterment of employees · Candidate should have minimum 2 years or more experience in an HR management roll, overseeing end-to-end HR responsibilities. · Strong background in recruitment with the ability to identify candidates with the right skills to succeed in production. A solid experience of Campus recruitment and management of relationship with various educational institutions is highly preferable · Candidate must have the ability to recruit through various online portals such as Monster, Naukri, Indeed etc. A strong know-how of recruitment though social networking sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook etc. is preferable · Exposure to background verification processes is preferable · Strong inter-personal and communication skills, including management of 3rd party relationships and client communication;
