Developing and Implementing Channel Development
Strategy, should be able to provide leadership and direction to channel partner
to implement business objectives.
Create the value proposition model and interest
to become channel.
Identify potential channel partner by studying
competencies, focus area, investments appetite and create an answer Make Sense
for him to look at this business. Is it really win-win, sharing a wallet share
situation. Effectively communicate opportunities for SS business and benefits
Identify potential team in partners organisation
and work closely, advise & train them to handle SS business : Technical,
Value Proposition, ROI, TCO and why SS etc.
Develop a business plan, Segment/region to focus
and Formally taking Channel partner on board with NSP Agreement and Incentive
Program. Own a complete on boarding process.
Handholding and Conduct a first Mission Program
with Captive customers (Of Channel Partners) and generate at least 5 leads from
Effectively handover the channel partner to
Sales Team for further roll out.
Personal effectiveness, credibility, Business
Acumen, Result Driven, Strategic Thinking are the skills required.
