Job Description
As a Digital Account Director for leading Advertising Agency in Mumbai with 8+ years of exp. your responsibilities include the following

Servicing event needs of the existing clients & up selling to them.

Explore new business opportunities & contribute majorly into Business Development.

Ensure seamless client interfacing and project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines.

Contribute to the analytical and creative thought process in new business development pitches and ongoing projects.

Meeting up with clients to get a brief on their brand presence & need for consumer connect.

Researching on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connect programs etc.

Presentation of the brief to the concept team, work with creative team for ideation & conceptualizing.

Presentation of the idea to the client so as to communicate the idea in an effective manner.

Interact with Operations team to ensure effective execution of the event & activation.

Allocate briefs to team members, Lead & guide the team for effective planning & execution, brand understanding & ideation.

Holding periodic team meetings to update/review on the team targets achieved & address pending issues.

Assigning KRAs & making sure team members understand the job description well

Identifying training & development needs of the team & ensuring same is met in coordination with HR

Providing orientation to new joinees in team & on the job training

Evaluation of performance for team member’s growth

Identifying manpower needs for the team & working in synergy with HR to hire the right talent

Desired Skills and Experience


Graduate (MBA preferred) with experience of 8+ years in account management with in the

digital/agency space

Proven ability to build relationships at senior levels

Strong presentation skills

Creative and structured approach to concept selling and client relationship management.
