As a Executive Assistant/ Administration ( Female)- Mumbai( Bandra) Salary 3-4 lacs your responsibilities include the following

·       Must be able to source medical staff ( mainly nurses / doctors ) from India using job portals for overseas opportunities

·       Creating a data base

·       Must be able to manage office operations in bandra and handle all matters that is required of an office secretary ( like Airline bookings , travel plans etc )

·       Must move out of the office , build relationships with Sourcing Agents , Companies .



5.     Qualification


·       Must be a Graduate with excellent command over English verbal and written communications with a pleasing personality.

·       Must have the ability to work without fear as the Company will support and back this person .

·       Must be willing to work as a close Family Environment, which is the way all the Companies work .

·       Must have good exposure on social media like facebook , twitter etc 

·       Power Point usage is an added advantage 



6.     Experience


·       Must have worked in a Service Industry Environment .

·       Must have good strong Admin experience .

·       Must possess excellent Secretarial skills to manage follow ups on tasks assigned. 

·       PR skills ( natural or acquired ) is an asset 

·       Entrepreneurial skills an asset 


7.     Working Hours


·       Normal hours of 10 am to 6 pm with flexibility of 10.30 am to 6.30 pm

·       Work days : 5 days with average of more than 14 to 17 days holidays every year.

·       When there is extra work , must be willing to work extra hours .


8.     Job Description



            Admin Matters


·       Filing in the office needs to be handled.

·       Oversee the over all office functions such as managing the office boys , drivers , the upkeep of the office  etc.

·       Copy and implement HR / Admin policies based on Operations overseas.

·       To train the office boys / drivers – send them for enhanced training.


Personal Matters


·       Arrange all logistics of pickups , stay etc of Guests of the Company / Family .

·       Maintain excellent personal rapport with Persons of importance to the business.


·       Overseas Activities


·       Ability to work closely with overseas offices for marketing material like websites , brochures etc .

Salary : 3-4 lacs
