Job Description
As a Leading MNC in IT Products looking for BDM, SM & NSM your responsibilities include the following

Should have worked with reputed India firms or MNC  

BDM –  LED, CHENNAI, Exp  6 to 10yrs.

Key Job Functions:            

• To play a vital role in planning and delivering strategies to create and increase the market share of the assigned product/s within the aligned region.

• Actively target and build prospect client / vendor relationships in the aligned region.

• Research, source to develop strong understanding of partner needs and market dynamics to identify potential business opportunities within the region.

• Support the retention of existing partners and pursue leads to expand the partner network.

• Ensure achievement of company sales targets and profitability by using a regional team approach to effectively target prospects.

• Analyze and figure out partners potential along with the respective BDE for the product line by evaluating previous year transactions, customer database etc.

• Mentor, motivate and support the BDEs in achieving performance goals.

• Track progress against targets on an ongoing basis and take necessary action with Regional Manager to refocus efforts if targets are not being met.

• He/she is required to have the required certification in the area of responsibility as a technology specialist (Smart Lighting).

·Initiate risk analytics for Fraud detection and find solutions that best meets clients needs and develop Forensic methodologies and Forensic strategies.

·Work with Clients, fraud examiners, internal & statutory auditors, attorneys, lawyers & law enforcement agencies in critical, challenging & highly sensitive assignments.

·Assist in drafting clear, concise & extremely robust reports within tight timelines.

SALES MANAGER (SM) – CLOUD, Bangalore. Exp 3-5yrs.

• Identifies and on-board key or strategic partners and sets short- and long-term channel strategies.

• Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue and achieve set targets, maintain relationships with partners and customers.

• Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.

• Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements and

address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.

• Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.

• Contributes to team effort – in order to expanding vendor portfolio

• Works closely with partners to develop joint gotomarket plans, ensure they are executed. Ensures capability is built in the identified partners organization.

Ensure achievement of company sales targets and profitability by working closely with the local teams – 70/30%


Key Job Functions          

  • Responsible for the revenue and profitability goals from a set of customers and vendors.
  • Build, execute and monitor GTM plans with the respective vendors
  • Establish and communicate goals to the team through monthly/weekly meetings.
  • Ensures leading market share across all product categories and works out a detailed ramp-up plan with his/her DRs for those product categories which needs market share improvement.
  • Conducts periodic sales review with the team on Revenue, Profitability, Market Share, Working Capital, CSO stocks, Sales funnel, etc.
  • Should be in high-touch with the TOP 10 partners and should have structured Business review meetings with them atleast once a quarter.
  • Should get into specific discussions with the cross functional team of Ingram Micro (Product, Credit, Finance, Operations, Buying, etc.) and vendors / partners for any large projects / deals and help the sales associates in closing that deal in our favor.
  • Provide timely inputs on competition behavior/activities, market trends that would affect the current and future growth, change in vendor GTM, etc. to the product team and management team.
  • Through management decisions, communication and behavior, creates a culture and a team that works together to meet customer needs and achieve desired results.
  • Promote an environment of empowerment, respect, and trust while holding team members accountable for their actions.
  • Periodically evaluates the performance of team members, develop goals and objectives. Provide both formal and informal feedback on a regular basis.
  • Identify skill requirements of the team members and nominate them for any internal trainings / workshops as per Business needs.
