Job Title:   Area Business Manager

Department/Division/ Unit:      Pediatric Nutrition Division ANI

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports To:          Regional Business Manager

Supervises:          Nutrition Sales Executives

JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:     

•    Achieve product wise, rupee wise and territory wise sales on monthly, quarterly and

      annual basis.

     

•    Sales objective to be achieved by providing leadership and direction to sales team.

 

•    Monitor and implement activities critical for driving business, customer profiling,

                  selection & coverage, opinion leader contacts, doctor meetings, school campaigns etc.

 

•    Provide support to achieve division margin by control on DSOs – Trade and Institution

                  outstanding, accuracy in forecasting and control on sales expenses primarily reduction

                  of the expires and breakages claim

.

•    Maintain contacts with key opinion leader, important trade partners

 

•    Send information to Head Office about competitive products, strategies and activities.

 

•    Improve the manpower productivity through maintaining work and business reports

                  discipline.

 

•    Redefine the customer list as per changing business needs and business returns.

 

•    Select and recruit talent. Develop, motivate and challenge team members to achieve

                  top performance.

 

 

 

     

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Skill, Education, Experience      

Graduation in medicine, science, pharmaceuticals /nutrition.

8 + years experience in Sales with at-least 2 to 3 years as Area Manager.
