Job Description : Urgent requirement experience in UK Individual tax Bangalore in a leading Consulting Firm.




BIG 4 is currently seeking a Manager to join our Private Client Compliance practice.

Roles and responsibilities

·         Provide tax compliance and advisory services to a variety of clients (High Net Worth Individuals)

·         Advising clients on a variety of tax issues

·         Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team

·         Manage & review clients of varying size and scope and act as the first point of contact for onshore Engagement Lead

·         Manage teams of tax professionals working on client projects

·         Effectively manage the Business Unit to deliver to the expectations of the BU Partner In charge

·         Overseeing complex tax compliance and consulting projects requiring tax analysis.

·         Managing engagement workflow and engagement team resources

·         Team with other professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the BIG 4 tax practice

·         Delivery technical & process training to the members of the team

·         Develop & deploy best in class processes and Quality practices through continuous improvement.

·         Develop & deploy production metrics for each of the activities and build a continuous monitoring and improvement methodology



·         A minimum of 9 to 12 years of UK Individual tax experience in an accounting firm.

·         Master’s degree from an accredited college / university orATT/CA Certification (Please note that any candidate hired by BIG 4 into this position that doesn’t currently possess one of the aforementioned credentials/designations will be required to secure one within one year from the commencement of employment)

·         Strong knowledge of UK Personal Tax

·         Experience managing multiple clients and client service teams
